For patients referred by their psychologist
A quiet place to write,
between sessions.
Your psychologist suggested antia. It is a journaling companion built to sit alongside the work you do in therapy — a place to put down what surfaces during the week, in your own words, without anyone watching.
What antia is
A quiet surface for memories. You write what matters — a moment from today, a memory from years ago, a feeling that wants somewhere to land. antia gathers what you write into your own Route: a visible path of the life you are actually living. Not a report about you. A surface you shape.
Why your psychologist may have suggested it
Writing about what you have lived is a known companion to therapy. It slows things down. It externalises what is otherwise circling. It gives you something to bring back into the room.
antia is designed to be quiet — no streaks, no scoring, no pressure. You write when something wants to be written. The Route holds it for you.
How to start
- 1
Open the app
The web app works in any browser: app.antia.io. Desktop and mobile are also available — your psychologist can point you to the version that fits.
- 2
Write a first memory
A few sentences. A voice note. A photo with a line under it. Whatever surfaces. There is no “right” way to begin.
- 3
Come back when you want
Walk your Route. Read what you wrote last week. Add another memory. You can bring what surfaces back into your next session.
Your memories are yours
- You own everything you write. Export or delete at any time.
- We do not use your memories to train AI models.
- We do not sell or share your data.
- Your psychologist does not see anything you write here unless you choose to share it with them.
