Service description

antia is a journaling companion that lets you capture memories and see your life take shape as a Route. The service includes a desktop app, web app, and API. antia does not provide legal advice, estate planning, grief counseling, or medical services.

Account terms

• Users must be 16 or older to create an account.
• One account per person — no shared accounts.
• You are responsible for your account security (password, devices).
• You may not create accounts impersonating another person.

Your content & ownership

You own everything you create. Memories, reflections, metadata, voice recordings, photos — all yours.

• antia claims no ownership of your content.
• antia claims no license to use your content for advertising, training AI models, or any purpose beyond providing the service.
• You grant antia a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
• You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (JSON, markdown, media files).

AI-generated content

• AI-assisted features (reflection prompts, conversation, summaries, Route shaping) produce content from your own memories; that content belongs to you.
• antia does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
• You should review AI-generated content for accuracy before sharing.
• AI responses are grounded in your recorded memories. The system is designed to avoid fabrication but cannot guarantee perfection.

Prohibited use

• Using the service to harass, stalk, or impersonate others.
• Uploading illegal content.
• Automated scraping or bulk access.
• Reverse engineering the AI pipeline.

Payment terms

Subscription pricing is listed at antia.io. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Pro-rata refund within the first 14 days; no refunds after.

Service availability

• antia aims for high availability but does not guarantee uptime.
• Planned maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
• antia may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• If antia shuts down: 90-day notice to all users, full data export available.

Limitation of liability

antia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. antia is not liable for AI-generated content that you share or publish, or for any emotional impact of using the service.
