Delete your account

Before you delete

You can export a copy of your data before requesting deletion.

To export, open the antia app and go to Settings → Export Data. You’ll receive your memory text, metadata, and Route (El Camino) model as files. Voice recordings and photos are not yet included in the export — email privacy@antia.io if you need a copy of your media before deletion.

Delete your account

In the antia app, open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and all associated data are erased immediately and permanently — this cannot be undone.

Prefer we do it for you? Email us and include the address on your account; we’ll confirm deletion within 48 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your account and authentication credentials
• All memories (text, voice recordings, photos)
• All AI-generated metadata (themes, people, scenes, emotional analysis)
• Your Route (El Camino) model
• Conversation history (Ask mode)
• Analytics data linked to your account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
